ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- The Detroit Lions locked up two of their 2013 draft picks, signing punter Sam Martin and running back Theo Riddick?to contract extensions on Friday.Martin signed a four-year, $13.6 million extension days before the season, as first reported by the NFL Network and confirmed by ESPN. He has punted 220 times in his career for 10,216 yards, an average of 46.44 yards per punt.Martin has a net punting average of 40.86 yards and had 75 of his punts (33.9 percent) inside the 20-yard-line.
