Ahead of this weekends Survivor Series, were taking a look at five of the most memorable moments in Survivor Series history.Moment 4:? The Elimination Chamber,? 2002 Survivor Series (Nov. 17, 2002) The Survivor Series has played host to many momentous debuts -- including The Undertaker, The Rock and The Shield, just to name a few -- but Survivor Series debuts arent just reserved for superstars. That was the case in Madison Square Garden at the 2002 Survivor Series, where the unique and destructive Elimination Chamber match concept was brought to life. It was an ingenious way to combine traditional Survivor Series elimination rules with a modified steel-cage atmosphere. This massive steel structure began with two superstars in the ring and four others locked in pods to be released at given points during the match. It was certainly an impressive sight to see for the first time. This introductory Elimination Chamber match, which featured Triple H, Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Kane, Booker T and Shawn Michaels, stole the show, with Michaels walking out as the World Heavyweight Champion. The bout was innovative in every sense of the word, and its combatants used every inch of the imposing chamber to tell a tremendous story. Not only did this inaugural Elimination Chamber match serve as the initiation for 18 more matches of its kind in the years to follow ?-- many of which have been sensational -- but it also validated the resurgence of Shawn Michaels brilliant career. Michaels had recently returned to the ring after a four-year absence just a few months prior, and was once again on top of the mountain as a result of this match. He proved that he still had that knack for showing up in the big spot to entertain the crowd, perform as phenomenally as anyone to have ever laced up a pair of boots and steal the show. He went on to perform for eight more years, arguably the better half of his career. Nike Tanjun Cheap . Two pressure cooker bombs exploded near the finish line of the April 15 race in an area packed with fans cheering the passing runners. Three people were killed and more than 260 injured, including at least 16 who lost limbs. Nike Tanjun Outlet . And follow TSN.ca right through Deadline Day for all the updates. From Pierre LeBrun While Anaheim GM Bob Murray said earlier this season he was not going to trade Jonas Hiller despite the fact hes an unrestricted free agent on July 1, some sources have told TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun that Murray might be willing to move another goalie. http://www.cheapniketanjun.net/ . The Dutchmans tenure got off to a poor start when referee Guido Winkmann awarded a penalty within two minutes for Niklas Starks clumsy challenge on Alexandru Maxim. Cheap Nike Tanjun Online . Datsyuk will miss Tuesdays game against New Jersey and could be sidelined longer, while Cleary will likely miss at least the next three games. Its been an injury-plagued season for Datsyuk, who has suited up for just 39 games. Nike Tanjun Clearance . According to a report from the Vancouver Province, the Lions are expected to replace former DC Rich Stubler with defensive backs coach Mark Washington. AFL chief executive Gillon McLachlan has defended the severity of the ban handed to Greater Western Sydneys Lachie Whitfield. The former No.1 draft pick will miss the first seven games of the 2017 season after accepting a six-month AFL ban on Tuesday. The fallout was more far-reaching for former Giants staffers - football boss Graeme Allan and welfare manager Craig Lambert - who were banned for 12 months. The trio was investigated after Whitfield spent three days at Lamberts house, with the knowledge of Allan, in May last year in an alleged bid to avoid a possible drug test, which is a violation of the anti-doping code. However, in a move ticked off by ASADA, the AFL instead handed bans down for a breach of its own rule 2.3 concerning conduct unbecoming. All three had maintained throughout that Whitfield was simply seeking help as he went through a messy relationship break-up.I think when you get a six-month suspension thats acknowledgement that you have transgressed and you have behaved in a way that wasnt right, McLachlan said.I think six months is a reasonably significant suspension.Hes a ... kid who took advice from his supervisors, the people who were looking after him, so theres a different allocation of responsibility.Whitfield will be barred from using GWS facilities for four months before returning to train for the final two months of his ban while not being allowed to play.He will be cleared to return in the Giants round eight clash against Collingwood at Spotless Stadium.Allan, who was installed as general manager of football at Collingwood in August, quit his post in response to thee suspension.ddddddddddddambert has since moved on to a similar post with Brisbane and will miss the entire 2017 season. In a damning assessment, the AFL investigation found Whitfield sent incriminating text messages to a third party, the contents of which he subsequently denied. In those texts he stated he had taken illicit drugs, was staying at Lamberts house to avoid ASADA drug testers and was doing so under instruction from Allan and Lambert, who feared the drugs may have been laced with performance-enhancing substances.Much harsher bans could have been brought into play if ASADA had pursued the trio for a breach of the anti-doping code.McLachlan said there was no evidence or even allegations Whitfield had anything to do with performance-enhancing drugs, with the league taking into account that all three men had elected to plead guilty and not contest the charges. The league is yet to decide whether GWS will be penalised with a loss of draft picks, with AFL general counsel Andrew Dillon to consider that possibility in the coming days. The Giants, however, believe their club is not at fault over the issue. It has been established that former senior staff acted outside of their authority in managing circumstances and taking matters into their own hands, a club statement read.Their handling of the matter was independent of the club and did not conform with the clearly established club protocols, thus in no way relating to a governance failure on behalf of the club.
