Needless to say that the unit’s 2019 version will look noticeably different both on and off the field.One position, however, has been a model of stability: running back. While second-year man Sony Michel is still on the PUP list to start training camp, the rest of the group did only get deeper this offseason. A pair of rookies was added to the equation in third-round pick Damien Harris and undrafted free agent Nick Brossette, while veteran back and special teamer Brandon Bolden was re-signed after a one-year stint in Miami.Add that to the returning group of Michel, James White and Rex Burkhead and you get yourself a deep position with plenty of upside. He was only able to play five total games including the playoffs.To paraphrase, O’Brien stated that the injuries were a result of Coutee training for the combine and having a tough transition to football training.Coutee is an undersized receiver Corey Moore Jersey White , standing a mere 5 feet 11 inches and weighing about 180 pounds. He is an agile receiver who is a slot weapon. If there are surprises out there we’ll try to be flexible and aggressive, but normally there are no surprises out there.”There’s a lot to unpack there, beginning with how absurdly defensive Blackburn sounds (Terrell later noted that’s just how he talks).He’s not the only one to raise an eyebrow at the Raiders signing Brown to a four-year $66 million contract. And the fact Blackburn had to go to such great lengths to defend the deal probably isn’t a good sign.
